Show My Score Website Terms of Use

1) Acceptable Use

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only.

Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

• Using the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Scraping, crawling, indexing, or otherwise automatically extracting content or data from the Site without our prior written consent.
• Using the Site to transmit unsolicited communications, spam, or marketing messages.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying infrastructure.
• Using the Site to impersonate any person or entity or to misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Site.
• Using the Site or its content for benchmarking, competitive analysis, or to develop or assist in developing a competing product or service.
• Harvesting contact information, email addresses, or other personal information about Site visitors or staff.

2) Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — such as text, graphics, logos, images, illustrations, videos, and software — is the property of Show My Score or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent. Nothing in these Terms grants you any license or right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand assets.

Third-party trademarks. SAT® and PSAT® are registered trademarks of the College Board. The College Board is not affiliated with, and does not sponsor or endorse, Show My Score. All other trademarks referenced on the Site are the property of their respective owners.

3) No Warranty on Site Content

The Site and its content are provided for informational purposes only and on an "as is" basis.

• We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any content on the Site.
• Blog posts, articles, statistics, illustrations of how the Service works, and other editorial content reflect information available at the time of publication and may not be current.
• Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, employment, admissions, or professional advice.
• Statements about hiring outcomes, admissions outcomes, or the value of verified scores in any specific context are illustrative and reflect general patterns; they are not promises or predictions about any individual case.

4) Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites — for example, social media platforms (LinkedIn, X, Instagram), partner sites, or external publications. These links are provided for your convenience only. We do not control, endorse, or take responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site. Visiting a linked site is at your own risk and subject to that site's own terms.

5) Privacy

Our use of information collected through the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you consent to our data practices as described there.

6) Contact Forms and Submissions

When you submit information through a contact form on the Site — such as general enquiries, demo requests, sales enquiries, or feedback — you agree that:

• We may use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry and for related follow-up communications.
• Submissions through general contact forms are generally not treated as confidential. Do not include sensitive personal, financial, or proprietary information in a contact form. In particular, do not submit your College Board password, your score report PDF, or other sensitive verification material through a website contact form — verification happens only inside the Show My Score platform itself.
• We are not obligated to respond to every submission or to keep any submission confidential.

7) Support

Support for registered users of the Show My Score platform is provided in-product and is governed by our Terms of Service. Support enquiries submitted through the Site by non-users are handled at our discretion; we do not commit to specific response times for non-user enquiries submitted through the Site.

8) Cookies and Tracking

The Site is designed to use cookies and similar tracking technologies, such as:

• Strictly necessary cookies required for the Site to function (these generally cannot be turned off).
• Analytics tools designed to help us understand how visitors use the Site and improve content and design. We use these in accordance with applicable consent rules.
• Limited advertising and retargeting through third-party platforms where permitted by law and where consent has been provided.

We do not use cookies for cross-site behavioral advertising of student personal data. By continuing to use the Site, you consent to the use of these tools as described in our Privacy Policy, which includes opt-out options for analytics and advertising tracking.

9) Newsletter and Marketing Emails

If you subscribe to a newsletter, blog updates, or marketing emails through the Site, you may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by contacting privacy@showmyscore.com. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Show My Score will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

12) Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions in our Terms of Service, including informal resolution, binding arbitration, class action waiver, and jury trial waiver.

13) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

14) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
